Role Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and creating recorded raw material into a finished product that aligns with our brand's vision. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, an exceptional sense of pacing and storytelling, and technical proficiency with industry-standard editing software.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Assembly: Create and edit raw footage, including AI videos, camera shots, audio, and graphics, into polished, high-quality videos (e.g., social media reels, YouTube videos, promotional ads, interviews).

- AI Integration: Utilize Generative AI tools for content creation, seamlessly incorporating them into the production and editing workflow whenever needed to enhance quality and efficiency.

- Motion Graphics: Incorporate basic motion graphics, lower thirds, subtitles, and visual effects as needed.

- Asset Management: Organize and manage video assets, project files, and backups efficiently.





- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, producers, and marketing managers to understand project scopes, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.

- Platform Optimization: Export and format videos optimally for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Video Editor with a strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating your editing skills.

- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Industry Standard Tools for video editing

- AI Tool Proficiency: Working knowledge of Generative AI tools (e.g., AI video generation, audio enhancement, scripting assistance, or image generation) and the ability to integrate them into up-to-date content workflows.

- Audio/Visual Skills: Solid understanding of audio mixing, sound design, and color grading.

- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for framing, continuity, and visual composition.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with current social media trends and short-form video algorithms.
- Basic camera operation or lighting skills.
- Experience with AI video or audio enhancement tools.
- Incorporate basic motion graphics, lower thirds, subtitles, and visual effects as needed.
