We are looking for a forward-thinking Video Editor & AI Video Creator to produce high-engagement short-form and long-form video content. In this role, you will blend traditional video editing craftsmanship (pacing, sound design, color grading) with modern generative AI video and voice tools to multiply our output and experiment with current visual formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into polished, high-performing videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize generative AI video and image tools (Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Sora, Pika, etc.) to generate B-roll, concept visuals, animations, and creative scenes.
- Integrate AI voice clones, voiceovers (ElevenLabs), and text-to-speech tools seamlessly with visual edits.
- Craft engaging hooks, captions, motion graphics, and sound design to retain viewer attention.
- Maintain organized asset libraries, prompt logs, and project files.
- Monitor emerging AI production workflows and suggest ways to optimize our video pipeline.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Proven portfolio/showreel demonstrating strong editing skills, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
- Hands-on experience with modern AI generation platforms (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Kling, Topaz Video AI).
- Solid understanding of platform-specific video specs, aspect ratios (9:16 vs. 16:9), and engagement trends.
- Self-directed with the ability to manage deadlines and adapt to quick iterations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with 2D motion graphics and basic color correction.
- Background in digital marketing or direct-response advertising.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
