​About the Role

​We are looking for a Video & AI Editor — a rare hybrid creator who can design stunning visual assets, edit compelling video content, and harness cutting-edge AI tools to produce high-quality work at speed and scale.

​In this role, you will own the end-to-end visual output for brands: from social creatives and brand kits to Reels, brand films, and AI-generated video campaigns. If you think in frames, grids, and motion, and love staying at the forefront of AI design and video technology, this role is built for you.

​Key Responsibilities

​1. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

- ​End-to-End Editing: Transform raw footage into polish-ready assets aligned with brand voice and goals.
- ​Short-Form Content: Produce engagement-driven edits for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn clips.
- ​Long-Form Edits: Edit webinars, podcasts, brand films, and case studies.
- ​Content Repurposing: Strategically break down long-form videos into 5–10 high-performing short clips per asset.
- ​Motion Graphics & Design: Craft smooth animated visuals and lower thirds using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- ​Post-Production: Perform thumbnail design, basic color grading, and clean audio mixing.

AI Video & Content Generation

- ​Generative AI Video: Utilize generative tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, Higgsfield, and HeyGen to generate visual footage.
- ​AI Avatars & Talking Heads: Create realistic avatar and talking-head videos using HeyGen, D-ID, or similar platforms.
- ​Prompt Engineering: Write precise prompts to maintain consistent visual styles, motion control, and character continuity.
- ​Hybrid Production: Seamlessly blend AI-generated assets with traditional video editing workflows.
- ​R&D;: Proactively test and integrate new AI models, workflows, and video generation tech into daily operations.

​Qualifications & Skills Required

- ​Experience: 2+ years of hands-on video editing and motion design experience.
- ​Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator).
- ​AI Toolchain: Working experience with generative AI platforms (Runway, Pika, Kling, HeyGen, D-ID, Midjourney, etc.).
- ​Visual & Storytelling Sense: Strong understanding of pacing, typography, framing, visual hierarchy, and color correction.
- ​Portfolio Required: A solid portfolio/reel demonstrating both traditional video editing/motion graphics and applied AI workflows.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
