Veeva Vault Safety Consultant (Certified - Remote)

​About the Role

​We are seeking an experienced and certified Veeva Vault Safety Consultant to provide high-quality L2 production support for global enterprise pharmacovigilance (PV) operations. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving application incidents, managing platform configurations, and supporting critical safety management modules in a fast-paced workplace.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​L2 Application Support: Provide day-to-day L2 technical and functional support for Veeva Vault Safety applications.
- ​Module Management: Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and workflow issues across Safety, Signal Management, Workbench, and SafetyDocs modules.
- ​Issue Investigation: Diagnose and resolve complex workflow, system configuration, security permission, and data-related issues.
- ​Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and support minor system enhancements, patches, and UAT testing activities.
- ​Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with business users, cross-functional IT teams, and global support leads to ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.

​Required Qualifications & Skills

- ​Mandatory: Official Veeva Vault Safety Certification (Administrator, Associate, or Platform credential).




- ​Hands-on Experience: Proven experience supporting or configuring Veeva Vault Safety platforms.
- ​Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of core Pharmacovigilance (PV) processes, drug safety compliance, and safety case management.
- ​Module Expertise: Core functional or technical working knowledge of at least one or more key modules: Safety, Signal Management, Workbench, or SafetyDocs. (Note: Overall years of experience is flexible if functional/technical mastery in these modules is demonstrated).
- ​Support Skills: Hands-on experience with production support operations, incident tracking, and structured troubleshooting.
- ​Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing global user stakeholders.

​Nice to Have

- ​Direct exposure to Veeva Vault backend administration and custom user configuration.
- ​Experience utilizing enterprise ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
- ​In-depth understanding of global regulatory standards (FDA, EMA) and PV reporting guidelines.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
