Delhi based SEBI Registered CAT-3 Fund ( Asset class Security and Finance) , is looking for an individual with IBBI Registered Valuer certificate.
Responsibilities
1. Model building and preparing DCF models, Comparable Company Models, ESOP models etc.
2. Developing deep technical strength in the valuation of Equity, AIF, ESOPs, Intangible Assets
etc.
1. Building long term client relationships through exceptional client service including a deep
understanding of the client and their needs, exceptional responsiveness and the delivery of the highest quality service and work product
1. Managing client engagements from day-to-day interaction and solving their queries related
to valuation assignment
Requirements:
1. Should have cleared IBBI Registered Valuer examination
2. Proven technical skills, proven analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Sound knowledge of Financial Statements including ratio analysis
4. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
