Job Overview

We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for both Voice and Chat Support processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and be comfortable working in US rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international voice and/or chat support.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Meet process-specific quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers to 3 years in customer service, BPO, international voice, chat support, or related roles.
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.




- Comfortable handling international customers.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in US rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Willing to work from the Airoli, Navi Mumbai office.
- Candidates with international BPO/customer support experience will be preferred.
