About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in US Staffing/Recruitment. If you have strong sourcing and screening skills and are comfortable working in the US night shift, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based clients.
- Utilize Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Review resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand requirements.
- Negotiate salaries/rates and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure smooth position closures.




- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets and deliver candidates within required timelines.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of US IT recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and job roles.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
