Job Title: US Recruiter

About the Role

Paychex is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented US Recruiter with proven experience in US Sales hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top sales talent across multiple markets in the United States. This role requires solid sourcing expertise, the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, and the capability to deliver actionable recruiting insights to leadership through regular reporting and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified candidates for various US-based Sales roles, including Mid-Market, Enterprise, SMB, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Account Executive, Business Development, and related GTM positions.

- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, ATS databases, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.

- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that go beyond traditional recruiting methods to identify passive and hard-to-find talent.

- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

- Conduct candidate outreach, engagement, and initial qualification discussions.





- Partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Business Leaders to understand hiring requirements and talent market trends.

- Meet aggressive sourcing targets and work effectively in a high-pressure, high-volume recruiting environment.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Sales Sourcing and recruiting.

- Graduation/bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

- Ability to work across all US time zones as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for SaaS, HCM, Payroll, HR Technology, Financial Services, or B2B Sales organizations.

- Exposure to market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitive hiring strategies.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
