What You'll Do

As a US IT Recruiter at LevelShift, you will:

- Understand hiring requirements thoroughly and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and talent needs.
- Source high-quality technical talent through job boards, networking platforms, referrals, and specialized sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates through calls, technical fit assessments, and interest evaluations to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Execute cold-calling and candidate engagement strategies to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders for interview scheduling, candidate updates, and seamless recruitment execution while achieving hiring targets.

Your Skillset

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment with expertise in handling technical hiring requirements.




- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience in sourcing, screening, cold calling, candidate engagement, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment automation tools.
- Ability to identify, attract, and hire technical talent across niche skills and emerging technology domains.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, candidate lifecycle management, and hiring best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting hiring timelines.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with recruitment trends, talent market insights, and emerging hiring technologies.
- Experience in stakeholder management, interview coordination, and recruitment reporting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of US work authorization types, employment terms, and recruitment compliance is an added advantage.
