Position: US HR Onboarding Specialist / US HR Admin

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana - ONSITE

Night Shift : 6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST

Position Overview:

- We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to support US employee onboarding processes for W2 and C2C hires.
- This role involves managing onboarding documentation, employment verification, offer coordination, and ensuring compliance with US employment standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for W2 and C2C contractors
- Prepare and manage offer letters, I-9, E-Verify, and compliance documentation
- This role involves tracking visa progress,



H-1B filing status, documentation coordination, and maintaining accurate records related to US immigration processes.

Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, HR, or operational support roles. (Background or knowledge of US staffing is must)
- Familiar with US Time zones such as EST, CST, MST and PST.
- Knowledge of US staffing/onboarding processes
- Experience with W2 documentation.
- Knowledge of C2C vendor communication.
- Robust communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and working knowledge of MS Excel.
