We are looking for experienced US IT Technical Recruiters with 2 to 4 years of US IT recruitment experience.

Location: Nizampet, Hyderabad

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates.
- Work on multiple IT requirements.
- Conduct technical and behavioral screening.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and CEIPAL ATS.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Delivery Teams.

Required Skills:

- 24 years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Experience with Implementation Partners / System Integrators (SI).
- Knowledge of Java, .NET, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.
- Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and CEIPAL.
- Strong Boolean search and communication skills.
- Knowledge of W2 & C2C staffing models is preferred.
