Job Summary

Per Diem Therapy Xperts, Inc. is a US based Healthcare Staffing Agency. We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter with strong US Healthcare Staffing experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting and placing healthcare professionals across multiple states and should be comfortable working with MSPs, ATS platforms, and healthcare job boards.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit healthcare professionals across the United States.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement.
- Recruit for multiple healthcare specialties and disciplines.
- Source and place:

RN / Registered Nurses

LPN / LVN

PT / Physical Therapists

OT / Occupational Therapists

SLP / Speech-Language Pathologists

PTA / COTA

HHA / Home Health Aides

CNA

Other Allied Healthcare professionals

- Recruit for Per Diem, Travel, Local Contract, Contract, and Full-Time positions.
- Recruit candidates across multiple states and healthcare markets.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Vivian Health, LinkedIn, and other job platforms.
- Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to qualified candidates.
- Screen candidates and verify experience, availability, location, and requirements.
- Explain job details, pay rates, schedules, locations, and assignment requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates




- Build and maintain a solid healthcare candidate database.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients and MSPs.
- Follow up on candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Work with MSPs/VMS platforms and understand their submission requirements.
- Have proven experience closing healthcare placements through MSPs.
- Coordinate with credentialing and onboarding teams to complete required documentation.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure successful start dates.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Use LaborEdge or other healthcare staffing ATS platforms.
- Manage multiple job orders and candidates simultaneously.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment/placement targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Re-engage previous candidates and maintain an active talent pipeline.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Operations teams.
- Understand client requirements and submit candidates who closely match the job.
- Negotiate compensation/rates within company guidelines.
- Minimize candidate drop-offs and cancellations.
- Track recruitment metrics, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Stay updated on healthcare staffing requirements and market conditions.

Required Experience





- 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Strong experience recruiting and placing healthcare professionals.
- Experience recruiting Nurses, Therapists, HHA, CNA, and Allied Healthcare professionals.
- Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. states.
- Strong experience with Indeed, Vivian Health, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
- Experience using LaborEdge or similar ATS platforms.
- Experience working with MSPs/VMS programs.
- Proven ability to close placements.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven staffing environment.

Preferred

- Previous Senior Recruiter / Lead Recruiter experience.
- Experience handling a team of recruiters.
- Experience training and mentoring junior recruiters.
- Experience managing recruiter performance and daily activities.
- Existing network/database of U.S. healthcare professionals.
- Experience with Home Health staffing.
- Experience with Hospitals, SNFs, Schools, Outpatient, and other healthcare settings.
- Experience with Travel Healthcare Staffing.
