Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US Caller role based in Chennai. The US Caller will engage with clients and candidates in the United States through outbound and inbound calls, providing information, clarifying requirements, and documenting key details.

Daily responsibilities include following call scripts when needed, updating databases and CRM tools, and coordinating with internal recruitment teams to support ongoing hiring processes. The role also involves handling queries, maintaining professional communication across time zones, and meeting call volume and quality targets. The US Caller is expected to represent Bluewings Consultancy in a courteous, accurate,



and service-oriented manner on every interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong spoken and written English communication skills, including clear pronunciation and active listening.
- Candidates should possess customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to handle queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Candidates should possess telephone etiquette and call-handling skills, including comfort with high call volumes and adherence to scripts and guidelines.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email tools.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work across US time zones and meet performance targets.
- Prior experience in international voice process, BPO, or recruitment calling is beneficial.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an office-based environment in Chennai and willingness to work flexible shifts aligned with US hours is expected.
