US GAAP Accounting - CA/CPA - 8+ Years - Remote An exciting opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to take on a critical, hands-on Corporate Accounts role focused on US GAAP, NetSuite, multi-entity accounting, financial consolidation and month-end close.

Location - Remote

Your Future Employer - A leading organisation with a diversified business portfolio spanning Advisory, Servicing, Private Real Estate Funds, Working Capital and a publicly traded REIT.

Responsibilities -

1. Review accounting records and financial data prepared by third-party accounting partners across multiple entities.
2. Validate the accuracy and completeness of transactions and resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
3. Review Servicing business accounting, including loan payoffs, servicing fees and related income.
4. Review and validate GL coding of corporate invoices, expenses and vendor bills.
5. Ensure accurate allocation of expenses across departments, business units and legal entities.
6. Perform cash reconciliations across corporate and operating bank accounts and resolve unreconciled transactions.
7. Extract and analyse financial data from NetSuite for management reporting.
8. Support intercompany, cross-entity expense and P&L; allocations required for consolidated financial statements.

Requirements -

1. 8+ of experience in Finance & Accounts, with approximately 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
2. Qualified US CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA).
3. Strong hands-on experience with US GAAP accounting and financial statement preparation.
4. Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP is mandatory.
5. Strong experience in General Ledger accounting, journal entries and month-end / period-end close.
6. Extensive experience in multi-entity accounting and financial consolidation.
7.



Comfortable working as a hands-on contributor with minimal supervision.
