RoleHR Manager

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (on-site)

Experience: 7-10 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a lead or manager role& responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Manager to build and run our people function from end to end. As our first senior HR hire, you will shape how we hire, onboard, develop, and retain people across product, engineering, compliance, operations, and sales. You will also make sure our HR practices meet the compliance and governance standards expected of a company operating across multiple jurisdictions. The role is hands-on and works directly with leadership.

What We're Looking For

Must-have

- 4 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in fintech, payments, BFSI, or high-growth SaaS or Product Companies.
- Hands-on experience across recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee relations.




- Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Proven ability to build HR processes from scratch at a startup or scale-up.
- Excellent communication skills, discretion, and stakeholder management.
- MBA or PGDM in HR, or an equivalent qualification.

Good-to-have

- Experience in fintech, payments, or another compliance-heavy workplace.
- Exposure to cross-border teams, EOR platforms, or US and UK employment practices.
- Experience administering ESOPs.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools such as Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, or greytHR.
- Experience hiring for engineering and product roles.
