Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process inpatient and outpatient bills.

- Verify patient billing details, charges, packages, and discounts.

- Coordinate with various hospital departments for billing-related requirements.

- Handle cash, card, online payments, and other billing transactions as applicable.

- Coordinate with patients and attendants regarding billing queries.

- Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documents.

- Coordinate with TPA/insurance teams where required.

- Ensure timely closure and settlement of patient bills.

- Follow hospital billing policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of hospital billing processes.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital workplace.
