Role-Export Coordinator

Location: Ghatkopar

Experience: Need Graduate with 6+yrs into export

CTC: ₹40k to ₹45k

Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: Alternate Saturdays Off + Sunday Fixed Off

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Export Coordinator with 6+ years of experience in export coordination and documentation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing suppliers, purchase orders, vessel bookings, client coordination, and export-related documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with suppliers for order processing and dispatches.
- Manage and follow up on Supplier Purchase Orders (POs) .
- Coordinate vessel bookings and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with clients for shipment and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate export and shipping documents .




- Follow up with suppliers, clients, shipping lines, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely submission and completion of required documents.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Handle day-to-day export coordination and resolve documentation or shipment-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Export Coordination .
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and shipment processes.
- Experience in Supplier PO coordination and Vessel Booking .
- Good client coordination and communication skills.
- Robust follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
