URGENT HIRING QUALITY TEAM LEADER (BPO)

Department: Quality Assurance (BPO)

Experience: 2–4 years total, with 1–4 years of experience as a Quality Team Leader in BPO

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month (Please confirm the final salary range)

We are looking for an experienced BPO Quality Team Leader to manage quality assurance initiatives, improve service delivery standards, and ensure compliance with process and client requirements across voice and non-voice operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, evaluate, and improve quality metrics for BPO operations.
- Conduct call and transaction audits and provide constructive feedback to agents and Team Leaders.
- Develop and implement quality frameworks, SOPs, and quality improvement plans.
- Analyze QA data, identify process gaps, and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct calibration sessions with Operations and Client teams.
- Ensure compliance with client SLAs, quality benchmarks, and process guidelines.
- Identify recurring errors and implement corrective and preventive actions.




- Support training and coaching initiatives to improve CSAT and customer experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of total BPO experience, including relevant experience in Quality Team Leader / QA roles.
- Robust knowledge of call monitoring, quality audits, and quality parameters.
- Experience in voice or non-voice BPO processes.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of COPC, Six Sigma, Pareto analysis, and quality tools is preferred.
- Ability to identify process gaps and improve quality performance.
- Experience in managing quality teams and conducting calibration sessions.
