US Process Telecaller – Full-Time

We’re looking for confident, enthusiastic, and motivated US Process Telecallers to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves communicating with customers in the US, handling outbound calls, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

What You’ll Do

- Make outbound calls to customers in the US
- Communicate professionally and confidently with international customers
- Introduce and explain products/services clearly
- Understand customer requirements and respond to queries
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Follow company calling scripts, processes, and guidelines
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with the internal team for lead follow-ups and updates
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For
- Good English communication and conversational skills
- Clear pronunciation and confidence while speaking




- Comfortable communicating with US customers
- Positive listening and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
