Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Hairstylist to join our salon team. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of hair services, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to understand and deliver clients’ desired looks.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform professional hair services including haircuts, styling, blow-dry, hair colouring, highlights, balayage, smoothening, keratin, and other hair treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Perform hair colouring, toning, highlights, balayage, and colour corrections as required.
- Provide professional hair care and treatment recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Ensure proper handling and application of qualified hair products and tools.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
- Stay updated with the latest hairstyles, hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Achieve individual service and sales targets.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.





Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience as a Hairstylist / Hairdresser / Hair Expert.
- Strong knowledge of modern haircuts, styling, colouring, and chemical services.
- Hands-on experience with balayage, highlights, global colour, keratin, smoothening, and hair treatments preferred.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Good knowledge of hair products, tools, and safety practices.
- Passionate about hairstyling and keeping up with current trends.
