Typist / Computer Operator

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹13,000 per month

The Senaabhyas Educational Center is looking for a Typist / Computer Operator to assist with day-to-day documentation, student records, academic paperwork, and office computer work.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update school/student records and databases.
- Prepare, type, and format question papers, worksheets, notices, and other academic documents.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare documents using MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Office applications.
- Manage printing, scanning, photocopying, and document filing.
- Maintain digital and physical records of students and school-related documents.
- Assist teachers and administration with computer-related and documentation work.
- Ensure accuracy and proper formatting of all official and academic documents.
- Perform other computer and office-related tasks as assigned by the management.

Required Skills
- English Typing: Minimum 40 WPM
- Hindi Typing: Minimum 30 WPM
- Valuable knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel




- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain records systematically
- Good communication and organizational skills

Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with previous experience in typing, data entry, school/office documentation, or computer operation will also be considered.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in an educational/school environment.

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹13,000 per month, depending on skills and experience. Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
