We are hiring for TRC -PIAMP Asset Executive

Exp: 1 to 3yrs

Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

· Should have technical knowledge on ATMs and CRMs (NCR,DIEBOLD,WINCORE, HITACHI)

· Responsible for first level inspection of NCR ATMs and Hitachi CRM terminals.

· Responsible for installation of hardware and software of NCR and Hitachi terminals

· Responsible for cassette and purge bin repair as per SOW and guidlines.

· Should liaise with Perto, NCR and Hitachi field engineer at hub to get machines certified.

· Responsible for part repairs as advised by supervisor.

· Responsible for supervising packing the Assets by concern team

· Responsible for capturing all photos at time of packing and sharing with central team.

· Prompt fault identification and diagnosis

· Adhering to best quality practices for quality assurance

· Liaise with warehouse admin and central for QR code tagging activity

· Keeping tools and Kits in proper manner

· Assisting warehouse executive with inwards and outwards

· Responsible for dismantling and assembling of machines to facilitate painting activity





· Supporting OEM teams with UPS, Battery, AC & V-sat testing.

· Work attentively and smartly to fix it on First Time to avoid repeat calls and gain customer satisfaction.

· Responsible for proper documentation of FCR and mandatory checklist.

· Identify and detect quality issue in consumables and proper reporting.

Required Skills :

> Education : Diploma/ B.Tech /BE

> with minimum 1-2 yrs. Of relevant experience

> Candidates Should have good technical knowledge on ATMs and CRMs
