We are seeking a Travel Consultant who will assist clients in planning their trips, understanding their preferences, and offering them the best-suited adventure packages. You will be responsible for building travel itineraries, answering inquiries, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and suggest suitable packages
- Build customized itineraries and explain package inclusions and exclusions
- Provide information on destinations, activities, and safety measures
- Handle bookings, reservations, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth execution of tours
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction before, during, and after trips
- Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and visa requirements
Requirements:
- Passion for travel and adventure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in travel sales or customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and Tamil; Hindi is a plus
- Freshers with positive enthusiasm for travel are also encouraged to apply
