- Identify training needs of employees and team members.

- Plan and conduct training programs. Develop training materials, presentations, and learning activities.

- Conduct onboarding and induction sessions for new employees.

- Monitor employee performance and training progress.

- Organize workshops, skill-development sessions, and team training.

- Collect feedback and improve training programs.

- Maintain training records and prepare reports.

- Coordinate with HR and different departments for employee development.
