We are seeking an experienced Training Consultant / Training Manager to drive capability development across our SMSF Operations function. The role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee knowledge, operational effectiveness, and First Time Right outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in training delivery, onboarding, coaching, and learning content development within financial services, superannuation, BPO, or process-driven environments. Experience in SMSF operations and SuperMate will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured training programs for new hires and existing employees across SMSF operations.
- Conduct onboarding, refresher, cross-skilling, and process update sessions.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs.
- Support employee transition through nesting and early production coaching.
- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, process guides, assessments, and quick reference documents.
- Translate complex operational processes and compliance requirements into practical learning content.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Process teams to identify capability gaps and training needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance outcomes.
- Maintain training records, attendance, compliance tracking, and learning documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback, quality findings, and operational insights into training programs.

Qualifications

Experience

- 8-12 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Capability Development, or Operational Training roles.
- Proven experience delivering structured training programs in operational environments.
- Experience in coaching, onboarding, nesting support, and employee capability development.
- Experience working in financial services, superannuation, BPO, or shared services environments preferred.
