We are currently looking for an experienced and organized Retail Sales Executive Trainer to provide comprehensive training to underprivileged youth using structured materials, instructions, and other learning resources.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct ACLP-aligned training for Retail Sales Executives.
- Engage parents, the community, and employers to enhance program delivery.
- Collaborate with superiors, public agencies, and stakeholders for partnerships.
- Ensure efficient center operations, compliance, and policy adherence.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Improve training methods, evaluate outcomes, and implement enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance and policy interpretations.
- Represent the center in projects and handle emergencies effectively.




- Oversee logistics for training programs and events.
- Ensure program execution aligns with project deliverables.
- Monitor and manage trainee attendance and compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Retail Management or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in store operations (Customer Service/Care roles preferred).
- Hands-on retail experience is essential.
- Robust instructional and training expertise in retail sales.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to analyze and enhance training outcomes.

Core Competencies

- Confident public speaker and dedicated educator with knowledge of the latest training tools and resources.
- Fluency in English (both oral and written).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
