We are hiring 3 Trade Support Specialists – Intermediate

? Location: Mumbai

? Work Model: 4 days WFO

? Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

? Experience: 3–6 years

? Qualification: Graduate; Law background preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate capital call and distribution processes , including client notifications, funding instructions and wire execution.
- Perform cash, position and transaction reconciliations across multiple platforms and investigate/resolve breaks within defined timelines.
- Support onboarding and maintenance of private equity funds , including account setup, maintenance and data validation.
- Monitor and manage corporate actions for internal hedge funds and private equity investments on behalf of International Private Bank clients.
- Manage invoice processing and related controls.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS and control reporting , including independent validation of work performed by makers.
- Prepare and review fund statements, notices and reporting deliverables , ensuring data accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Participate in process improvement, automation and system enhancement initiatives .
- Maintain solid controls and supporting evidence for audit, risk and compliance reviews .
- Monitor workflow assignments, escalate issues where required and ensure timely closure.
- Participate in team meetings, daily huddles and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support the training and development of junior team members.
