Dream Goa is looking for an energetic, responsible, and self-driven Tour Coordinator to manage and coordinate tour operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, handling customers professionally, and ensuring the smooth execution of tours.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end tour operations and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with customers, hotels, drivers, transport providers, and local service partners.
- Ensure the smooth execution of tour itineraries and scheduled activities.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and on-trip requirements.
- Monitor hotel check-ins, transportation, sightseeing, and other tour arrangements.
- Resolve operational issues and unexpected situations promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the tour.
- Take independent responsibility for assigned tours and operational activities.
Requirements
- Energetic, proactive, and responsible personality.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and Hindi is mandatory.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced travel and tourism environment.
- Flexible and willing to handle multiple operational responsibilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude and experienced candidates can apply.
