Job Title: Title Searcher

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Title Searcher / Title Abstractor with hands-on experience in U.S. property title searches, COT/Full Search, Netronline, and county public records.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct U.S. property title searches using county records and online databases.
- Perform Full Searches and Current owner searches
- Research and verify ownership, chain of title, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, releases, easements, and encumbrances.
- Use Netronline and county recorder/assessor websites for property research.
- Review recorded documents and identify title defects, gaps, and discrepancies.
- Verify property details, legal descriptions, recording information, and ownership history.
- Prepare accurate title search reports / abstracts as per client requirements.
- Maintain required quality, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Escalate complex title issues to the appropriate team/examiner.

Required Skills





- Experience as a Title Searcher, Title Abstractor, Title Examiner, or Property Researcher.
- Robust knowledge of COS / Full Search / Chain of Title.
- Hands-on experience with Netronline.
- Good understanding of U.S. county public records and property documents.
- Knowledge of Deeds, Mortgages, Liens, Judgments, Releases, Assignments, Easements, and Encumbrances.
- Strong research, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good written English and ability to meet productivity and quality targets.
