Exciting news from First American India!

We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Title process at our Bangalore Indira Nagar location.

First American is looking for resources and early-career professionals interested in building a career in US Title Insurance.

In this role, you will be trained to review real estate-related records and documents, gather and validate information from multiple sources, identify discrepancies and summarize findings accurately. You will learn how documents such as deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, tax records, easements and restrictions may affect real estate property ownership.

We are looking for individuals with strong analytical ability, attention to detail, research orientation and learning agility.

Key Responsibilities

- Review real estate-related records and documents using approved systems and information sources.
- Gather and organize information relating to real estate property ownership, transactions and recorded documents.
- Validate names, dates, real estate property details and recording information across multiple sources.
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, exceptions and potential risks.
- Conduct additional research when records are incomplete or unclear.
- Interpret and summarize relevant information in the required format.
- Support the preparation of title examination reports and Title Commitments after completing the required training.




- Maintain accurate work notes and records for quality review and audit purposes.
- Follow defined processes, checklists, quality standards and turnaround times.
- Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate reviewer.
- Apply feedback and continuously improve accuracy, quality and productivity.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with information-security requirements.

Eligibility

- Any full-time graduate from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months 1 year of experience in a non-title domain.
- Robust written comprehension and ability to work with detailed information.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work in rotational US shifts.

Candidates with experience in research, documentation, banking operations, insurance operations, legal support, finance, compliance, data validation, claims processing or other document-intensive roles may find their experience relevant.
