Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage airline tickets from booking to issuance using Amadeus, Galileo systems.

- Process passenger check-ins, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to flight changes, cancellations, or delays.

- Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions and maintain records according to company standards.

Job Requirements :

- 2-8 years of experience in the aviation industry with a focus on ticketing operations.

- Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution System) such as Amadeus or Galileo is essential.

- Robust knowledge of IATA regulations and industry standards for air travel.
