- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/ Chemical engineering.

- Experience designing Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Experience with Plate Heat Exchangers, Experience with Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers (ACHE)

- Robust knowledge of heat transfer and fluid flow calculations

- Hands-on experience with HTRI and/or Aspen Exchanger Design & Rating (EDR) software

- Familiar with ISO-9001 Quality System and other industry-based quality control and safety directives

- Familiar with Saudi Aramco / Sabic engineering Specification and standards.

- Ability to perform, Thermal calculations, Hydraulic calculations, Equipment sizing, Performance optimization

- Knowledge of international standards: ASME, TEMA, API





- Material selection based on process conditions

- Review fabrication drawings and technical documents

- Troubleshoot existing heat exchanger performance issues

- Coordinate with mechanical engineers, clients, and vendors

- Prepare thermal design reports and documentation

The candidate should have knowledge of:

- Vibration analysis

- Two-phase flow instability

- Condensation mechanisms

- Thermosiphon systems and optimization

- Heat transfer principles

- Pressure drop calculations

- MOFA CHARGES OF RS 2000 NEED TO PAY BEFORE MOFA IN ADVANCE, AND THIS AMOUNT WILL BE ADJUSTED IN SERVICE CHARGE MENTIONED ABOVE
