We are hiring a Test Management Consultant to drive Test Maturity Assessments, QA Process Improvement initiatives, and Test Management Tooling Transformation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with TMM/TMMi assessments, JIRA, Xray, qTest, and test governance frameworks, along with strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Test Maturity (TMM/TMMi) assessments and perform gap analysis.
- Evaluate current testing processes and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Analyze existing JIRA/qTest implementations and identify optimization areas.
- Design scalable JIRA/Xray test repository structures, workflows, and governance models.
- Define future-state test management processes and migration strategies.
- Present assessment findings, recommendations, and roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Drive test process standardization and QA transformation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

- Ability to design and implement scalable testing processes and tooling structures.
