Job Summary

Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Tender Executive to handle tender-related activities, including tender searching, documentation, bid preparation, online submission, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Government and private tenders ko regularly search aur identify karna.
- E-Tender, GeM, CPPP aur other relevant tender portals par tenders check karna.
- Tender documents ko carefully read karke eligibility, requirements, EMD, tender fee aur deadlines verify karna.
- Technical Bid aur Financial Bid ke documents prepare karna.
- Company ke required documents jaise GST, PAN, registration certificates, experience certificates, etc. maintain karna.
- Online tender portals par documents upload aur tender submission karna.
- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) ka proper use karna.
- Tender corrigendum, clarification aur amendments ko regularly check karna.
- Tender submission ke baad result aur status ka follow-up karna.
- Accounts,



Sales, Technical aur Management teams ke saath coordination karna.
- Submitted, won aur rejected tenders ka proper record maintain karna.
- Tender deadlines aur important dates ka timely follow-up karna.

Required Skills
- Tender/E-Tender process ki basic knowledge.
- MS Word aur MS Excel ki working knowledge.
- Online tender portals ka basic knowledge.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented aur deadline-focused approach.
- Hindi aur English communication skills.
- Odisha Government/Private tender process ka knowledge preferred.

Qualification

Minimum: Graduate

Preferred: B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate with relevant tender experience.
