A telecaller connects with prospective and existing customers over the phone to promote products, generate leads, and handle inquiries
Key Responsibilities
- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential leads to pitch products, services, or company offerings.
- Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming questions from customers seeking support or information.
- Follow Up: Call prospects back to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Update Records: Log all call outcomes, customer feedback, and details into the company CRM system.
- Meet Targets: Achieve daily and monthly goals for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
