We are hiring an experienced Telesales Manager to lead and scale telesales operations for Personal Loan & Credit Card portfolios.
Key Requirements:
- 14+ years of overall experience in Call Centre / Telesales / BPO Operations
- 5+ years of BFSI experience, preferably in Personal Loans, Credit Cards or Unsecured Lending
- Experience managing 50+ agents through Team Leaders/Assistant Managers
- Robust experience in Inbound/Outbound Sales, Conversion, Productivity & Revenue targets
- Expertise in MIS, WFM, CRM, Dialers, QA & Performance Management
- Strong understanding of RBI guidelines, KYC/AML and compliance
- Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA preferred
