Role & responsibilities

- Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities in the rail, metro, Heavy Engineering, Urban Planning and infrastructure segments in Govt allocation project by tender or as partnership

- Represent the company at key industry events, forums, and meetings to enhance visibility Client Engagement & Relationship Management with government sectors

- Lead interactions with clients, JV partners, and public agencies (Government project). Build long-term, trust-based relationships across technical and decision-making levels for General Consultancy /Project Management business/Engineer Design/Maintenance/Engineering Services.

- Own the bid lifecycle from qualification to submission (& beyond) including pricing, risk review, and coordination across teams.

- Identified and analyzed project opportunities and prepared proposals for Engineering Infrastructure Consultancy projects including Water Supply, Sewerage, Railways (Architectural), Engineering,



Buildings, and Monuments across TPI, SQC, and PMC assignments through CPPP, GeM, State e-procurement, and other tender portal .

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs for proposal preparation & drafting technical and financial proposals tailored to project-specific needs

- Liaise with relevant authorities for documentation, approvals, and compliance

- Develop and execute a targeted growth strategy, using market insights and competitive intelligence
