Candidate Profile

Requirements

✅ Good verbal communication and convincing skills

✅ Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

✅ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

✅ Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment

✅ Prior experience in tele-sales, sales, or a related field preferred

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and explain financial products/services, including features, eligibility, benefits, charges & application process

Generate, qualify, and convert leads through tele-sales

Follow up with prospective customers and drive applications/sales





Coordinate with the sales/operations team for documentation & application processing

Maintain accurate customer and lead data in CRM

Achieve assigned sales and performance targets
