Telesales Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Salary Range: ₹8,000 to ₹18,000 per month (commensurate with experience and performance)

Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, pitching our products or services over the phone, understanding customer needs, and successfully converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients or leads from database lists to generate sales and business opportunities.
- Pitching & Explaining: Clearly explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits to customers and address any initial queries or objections.
- Lead Conversion: Guide prospects through the sales pipeline, nurture leads, and consistently achieve individual daily/monthly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive rapport with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Data Maintenance & Reporting: Accurately record customer details, call outcomes, and feedback into the CRM or database system on a daily basis.
- Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding or delivery of services to converted clients.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Fresher to 2+ years of experience in telesales,



telecalling, customer support, or inside sales (salary offered will scale based on past experience).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English and local languages (Odia/Hindi). Clear tone and confident phone etiquette.
- Education: Minimum High School (10+2) pass or graduation from any stream.
- Attributes: Highly motivated, resilient, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Willingness to work from our office located in Bhubaneswar.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹28,802.42 per month
