JOB DESCRIPTIONTelecalling Executive Company: Parkash Elegant Technologies Location: Industrial Area, Phase 2, Chandigarh Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and generate sales opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and follow up with potential customers. Handle enquiries received through WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.

Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information. Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain customer and lead records.

Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups. RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills. Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English . Punjabi is an advantage. Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Full time Position
