Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads. Explain products, services, and offers clearly to customers. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information. Follow up with interested customers and leads. Handle basic customer queries professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Support lead generation and sales conversion activities. Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
