Probus Software Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Pune.

Experience: 0–1 Year

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.





Explain our HRMS software/product and its key features to prospects.

Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.

Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and product demonstrations.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

0–1 year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or customer interaction.

Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
