Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and potential clients.

- Introduce and explain the companys products/services and generate interest.

- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the sales team.

- Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-up details.

- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

- Handle basic customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.

- Follow up consistently with leads to support lead conversion and sales closure.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

- Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in Telecalling.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.

- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

- Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
