Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Noida. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to assist customers with product information, order placement, and basic troubleshooting. Daily responsibilities include answering queries, providing transparent and accurate information about offers and services, and updating customer records in the system.

The role also involves following call scripts where appropriate, maintaining high standards of customer service,



and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet call and quality targets.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Customer service orientation, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to resolve basic issues and handle objections.
- Basic computer literacy, including comfort with call management systems, data entry, and using mobile or web-based applications.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, adhere to scheduled shifts, and manage time effectively in a high-call-volume environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a contact center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn about BuyBuyCart products, processes, and promotions.
