We are looking for an energetic and communication-focused Telecaller to connect with potential customers, athletes, coaches, and partners, explain our services, generate leads, and convert enquiries into registrations or business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, athletes, coaches, and leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain company services, packages, events, and membership opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Maintain and update customer/lead information in CRM or Excel.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, demos, and follow-up calls.
- Convert qualified leads into registrations, memberships, or sales.
- Maintain daily call records and prepare activity reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate important requirements to the team.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Hindi/Telugu or other languages will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to use WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
