About the Role

Axiom Fintech LLP is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential customers regarding Business Loans and Personal Loans, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan options, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding Business Loans and Personal Loans.
- Understand customers' financial requirements and loan needs.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and process clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into potential applications.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales/loan team for further processing of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Qualification & Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, financial services, loans, customer support, or sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good Hindi communication; basic English communication skills preferred.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
