We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to join our growing real estate team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from first contact to site visit follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers
- Provide accurate information about real estate projects, pricing, and offers
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support sales activities and help in lead conversion
- Maintain proper call and lead data in CRM & registers
