Position: Telecaller
Experience: 0–1 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Explain products/services and generate leads
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain call records and update customer information
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets
Candidate Requirements
- Fresher and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident, energetic and target-oriented
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
Salary Salary: ₹10K – ₹12K per month
(Salary will depend on skills and experience.)
Job Time: Full-Time MON-SAT (10AM TO 8PM)
