We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Sales & Marketing team in Salem.

Job Summary

The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining our projects, qualifying leads and coordinating with the sales team to schedule site visits. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to confidently interact with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.

- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location and investment objectives.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location and available offers to prospective customers.
- Generate interest and qualify potential customers for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and confirm customer site visits with the Sales Representative.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer responses.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding scheduled site visits and customer requirements.




- Follow up with customers after site visits and update lead status.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, follow-up and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with every customer.

Requirements

* Good verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.

- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or real estate is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM systems is an advantage.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Persuasive, energetic and customer-friendly personality.
- Ability to follow up consistently and work towards targets.
