We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and generate qualified business opportunities for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and business owners.
- Understand the prospect's business, marketing requirements, and challenges.
- Introduce BlinkBuzz Media and explain relevant digital marketing services.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales/strategy team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and requirements.
- Update lead information in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build professional relationships with prospects.
- Handle basic objections and communicate the value of digital marketing services.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Follow up with prospects until the meeting or next stage is completed.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.




- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Positive English and Hindi communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing is preferred.
